The company

Our customer is a well known International total ICT provider focusing on ICT Digital Workplace, Cloud Solutions and Managed Services.

In order to sustain the growth and an agile approach toward the market we are currently looking for a Swiss knife who will have a direct impact on business efficiency, Service Management and Out of the box approach to customers

The position

  • Play the glue in a managed services context between the Service management, Presales and Bid Management teams
  • Manage the Bid team and assure people growth (50%)
  • Proactively work together with Presales in order to define Service evolutions and challenge statu quo (25%)
  • Act as Experts toward the Service Management team for complex issues and set ups (25%)
  • Report directly into the COO with a close collaboration with the Sales Management

The profile

  • At least 10 years in an ICT services delivery context either as Service Manager, Project Manager or any Presales/Bid functions
  • Good allround knowledge in Modern ICT technologies around Workplace, Cloud, ITIL and Outsourcing
  • Strong Communications and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English
  • Out of the box thinker mastering “As a Service” concepts
  • Drive and ambitious to work in a growing environment
  • Ability to think both Operations/Strategy and Customer intimacy
