A growing company active in the Services sector is currently looking to hire a Billing and Collection Manager to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in guaranteeing optimal billing cycles.

Your main responsibilities as the new Billing and Collection Manager will include:

  • Monitor outstanding amounts, aging of unbilled hours, and billing rates
  • Follow-up on credit control and unpaid invoices
  • Provisions are reviewed and depreciation is identified with the fee managers
  • Provide support to the accountants on trade receivables
  • Resolve billing issues and more complex discussions
  • Improve the local invoicing and collection process with the finance manager
  • Participate and assist in the implementation of our new ERP system
  • Act as a point of reference for our partners and gain an in-depth understanding of the business drivers and revenue impact of financial performance
  • Identify and collect operational metrics across the business and convert them into meaningful information
  • Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards

Your profile:

  • You have a master’s degree in Business Management or in Finance
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English. You have strong skills in Dutch or in French
