Our client is an engineering and installation company for technical systems active in both the professional and industrial markets. Their services range from air conditioning to heating, ventilation, climate control, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, and piping.

Position:

  • As a BIM / Revit designer, you will create mechanical schematics, execution and detailed drawings for new or existing installations
  • You will also revise schematics and drawings when necessary
  • If applicable, you will go to the construction site to measure the work to be performed. These drawings will be used for execution on site
  • To this end, you will closely collaborate with the project manager and site supervisor
  • You will create measurement statements and AS-built plans

Your profile:

  • You possess a diploma in a technical field (a degree in construction or electromechanics is a plus)
  • You can work efficiently with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of additional programs like Cadac, Nordined, or Stabicad is also an advantage
  • You have strong spatial and technical comprehension, work meticulously, and have a passion for technical drawing. You think proactively
  • You are communicative, adaptable, and can work well both in a team and independently
  • You have a B driver’s license
