In this exciting role as Brand Manager Mood Disorders within our Janssen Benelux team you are responsible for developing and executing the Janssen-Cilag Benelux marketing communication-strategy in a close collaboration with the senior Brand Manager Mood Disorders and the cluster value team (CVT). This role allows you to be part of a team that is at the forefront in the initial launch and growth phase of Spravato.

Reports to: Sr. Brand Manager Belux Mood Disorders (Spravato)
Your key areas of responsibility:
Brand Strategy and tactical execution:
- Having excellent product and therapeutic disease knowledge to contribute and create the brand/marketing strategy in the Long Financial Range Plan (LFRP) and Business Plan (BP) (market insights, forecasting, messaging, product life cycle management) in alignment with EMEA
- Improving sales & profit of our brand and gathering insights on current and future needs (market research, internal dashboards, external stakeholders)
- Having a clear view on the current & future competitive landscape in order to build a differentiated brand strategy
- Leading the tactical plan development and building value projects (alignment with stakeholders).
- Responsible for the (digital) Customer Journey (segmentation & positioning).
- Designing and developing the marketing omnichannel mix and developing marketing materials in alignment with legal, regulatory & compliance requirements.
- Takes integrity-credo based actions regarding patients, collaboration, priorities and result orientation
