About the job
Based in Braine - l’Alleud, near Brussels (Belgium) you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible to the Building Security Manager in Braine-l’Alleud for assisting with day-to-day administration and efficient operation of the Braine-l’Alleud Security Office.

About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Building Security Assistant with ideally a higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with minimally 1 post-related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
You should have:
  • Policy/Security experience;
  • Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
