In your role as business analyst you have a responsibility regarding the ‘feasibilities’ meaning that you provide support to the product management and/or the epic owners in the
translating to features, ...

You have experience in the domain of company management (Finance, Risk, Treasury) or data management
You have experience with one or several of the following domains : regulatory reporting like FinRep, CoRep, Basel III Liquidity, Anacredit, IFRS9, ALM, liquidity, Solvency II,..etc. It is important to understand high level how the products add up in these reports.
You have experience in implementation of calculation engines : eg Riskpro, Moody’s analytics liquidity solution , WKFS, ... and reporting tools.
Visualizing of processes (no tool requirement needed; but strong skills required in translating complex processes in easy visuals in e.g. powerpoint and visio)
Able to split complex processes in small pieces and explain in simple words (translating technical language in common business language)
Able to balance between a helicopter view (avoiding complexity) while not forgetting small but important details

Able to demonstrate experience in business analysis and solutions architecture. Experience in the domain of company management (Finance, Risk, Treasury) or data management is seen as an asset.
Experience with Agile and SAFe is a strong plus.

Translating business requirements into a fit-for-purpose IT solution Performing a work preparation or ’feasibility’ study in which you as a Business Analyst
identify the various solution alternatives and investigate their feasibility in terms of scope, budget, TTM (time-to-market), A2E (Ability to Execute) within the IT application landscape.
You deliver the lean business case and support the product managers and product owners in the translation of the project (epic) into features, ready to be implemented by an agile
release train (Scaled agile way of working)

From quality point of view you include the required review of the quality checks for the reports. Responsible for the status reporting of your work preparation files to program and IT
management. We work in a SAFe mode. In short iterations (sprints) software is delivered giving us an improved time to market. We develop, evaluate and steer where necessary during these
short cycles. Each time in consultation with our business. You work in a well-integrated Business & IT team in an international context with the development teams at offshore location. You are able to maintain a good customer relationship with the business partners, where you also dare to challenge them, given limitations of time, scope and budget. You gain insight into the business processes involved.

We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic professional:
You have at least, five years of experience as a Business Analyst in a financial setting.
You are well motivated. Someone who can work independently.

You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
You are result-driven, and can work independently in a cooperative team-mindset. It is important that you can act in the IT landscape after a short acquaintance period.

You have the interest and the analytical skills to quickly familiarize yourself with the business and IT processes
