We are looking for Business analyst with BI experience for our renowned client in Energy sector located in Brussels. The mission is to set up an integrated data analytics & BI reporting platform. In this mission you will be involved in all development stages.

The duration of mission is till 30 July 2022.

Responsibility :

  • Understand business needs and to translate them into functional requirements and product features.
  • To participate in the development of the analyzed reports
  • To help develop test scenarios and participate in testing phases
  • To provide support and training to business users so that the delivered products are correctly and actively used
  • You will be required to perform above requirements in close collaboration with project leaders and development team.

Technical skills:

  • The candidate must have solid knowledge the following “Business Analyst” skills and “BI & Data Analytics” concepts or tools.
  • Processes description techniques (like BPMN, Business Information Models, …) and requirements gathering techniques (User Stories, …)
  • BI modeling techniques.
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI™ and/or Qlik Sense™)

Nice to have:

  • UML tool Enterprise Architect™
  • Datawarehouse Automation tool “TimeXtender”
  • Familiar with SAP™ (ECC, BW) for FI-CO and PP
  • SAP extraction tool “Theobald X-tract™”
  • Project Management practices
  • Azure environment general concepts
  • Modern Datawarehouse & Data Lake concepts and tools such as Azure Data Lake™, Azure Analysis Services™, …

Experience:

  • Min 4-5 years of proven experience as business / functional analyst in the domain of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.

Languages:

• Good understanding (reading and listening) in Dutch and French

• Fluent speaking & writing in French or Dutch (preferably both)

• Fluent speaking & writing in English
