Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll enhance our systems and processes within Procurement & Logistics, leveraging your skills and building expertise in one of the most exciting fields of modern supply chain management.

Your Responsibilities

• Level-1 Support: Provide initial support for DEME’s procurement and logistics software tools, identifying and resolving system-related issues with a sharp analytical approach.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and help implement improvements.
• System Implementation: Participate in system implementations, contributing to streamlined processes and optimal performance.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Take a proactive approach to refining and optimizing recurring issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Effective Communication: Clearly communicate solutions to end-users, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Your Profile

We welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals with the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in business, supply chain management, continuous improvement, or a related field.
• System Savvy: A demonstrated interest in system support and optimization, with experience or eagerness to work with systems like Ivalua.
• Affinity for Supply Chain: A passion for supply chain processes and systems, with a drive to deepen your knowledge in the field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
