The tribe "Client Servicing, Robotics and Fraud’ aims to facilitate the Contact Strategy of the Bank by providing solutions to support remote contact interactions, by automating processes and Fraud prevention solutions (phishing, vishing).

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of technical and functional analysis to reinforce the Fraud Cluster.

The Agile Business Analyst plays an important role in the understanding and elaboration of the identified solutions.

  • Defines and analyses the business model using modelling techniques and methods.
  • Collaborates with other contributors/tribes in the end-to-end delivery.
  • Analyses and translates the business/client needs in requirements towards the building of the target solution(s) (solution oriented). Formalize the requirements in the standards used by the cluster/squad. Liaise with the squad and other contributors when required.
  • Collaborates with more technical colleagues on the elaboration of functional and technical solutions taking adequation to the business needs into account.
  • Prepares and participates to the end-to-end testing of new functionalities to monitor maximal quality and confirm adequation to the business needs.
  • Helps businesses onboard on the new solutions. Helps prepare the change for a fluent adoption of the delivered solutions.
  • Identifies, communicates and manages the constraints, impediments, risk(s) and issues to keep qualitative delivery on track (in collaboration with the squad)

Required Experience

  • Good understanding of IT (technical, functional analysis, architecture) and testing experience
  • API/Swagger knowledge
  • Great stakeholders management (Business and IT stakeholders)
  • Great oral and written communication
  • Good understanding of workflow processes
