A company active in the Healthcare industry is currently looking to hire a Business Controller to join their offices in Zemst.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Controller will include:

  • Analyse the trends and provides forecasts on the growth of the sales segments
  • Analyse the reports to generate sales and profit projections in accordance to the control model
  • Responsible for the yearly budget and monthly closing of the P&L
  • Monitor, analyse and give an overview of the indicators of the profit and loss accounts, accounting flux, inventory, the investments, etc. on a regular basis
  • Ensure that the business risks are properly assessed, and the mitigation plans have been defined and implemented
  • Determine the pricing policy with the head of sales and perform internal controls on its application

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s in Economics, Controlling or in a related field
  • You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good level of English

Your strengths:

  • Ideally you have general IT knowledge, including SAP and Excel
  • You are ambitious and hands-on, you are always ahead and thinking about the next steps
  • Through your previous experience you have built a knowledge of IFRS and you are eager to join an international company
