For a pharmaceutical group located in Zaventem we’re looking for a Business Controller.The Business Controller Will Be Responsible For
  • Prepare, analyse and comment the monthly reporting;
  • Assist the Chief accountant and F&A Director on the year end provisions and closing reporting.
  • Preparation of Budget and Forecasts; from the collection of information to the finalisation of the official presentations;
  • Analysis of budget variances;
  • Be able to present the figures and variances of Budget and Forecast to the Local and (later on) Corporate Management.
  • Preparation of the 5 Years Plan
  • Ad-hoc analysis on the specific requirements of the Management;
  • Take initiative in proposing new methods for financial control and analysis.
  • Direct contact with local business management and other colleagues from F&A.
  • Sign invoices for payments
Profile Of Ideal Business Controller
  • University degree;
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch;
  • +/- 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting or audit;
  • Very IT minded (very good level of Excel);
  • Business minded, analytical and structured;
  • Able to work accurately, organised and with respect of deadlines;
  • Communicative, team player, dynamic and pro-active.
