The Business Data Analyst reports to the Sales & Operations Planning & Data Manager and acts as Business Partner for Sales in Industrial Merchants Business Line within Air Liquide. Microsoft Power BI Sales module was launched for all users in 2020 and is still being developed under European Leadership. As Business data Analyst, you will be the preferred point of contact for the sales and customer service organization. You will prepare and analyze relevant reports and also organize training to support the Sales population.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Sales Module (Wave) Development

  • Responsible for Sales Module within Benelux and point of contact for European Data Management team

  • Consolidation of sales figures of entities recently acquired by Air Liquide Benelux

  • Consolidation of data from sales & internal supply to size the Energy Balance

Commercial Team Training

  • Training of Sales Reps & Customer Service employees to use Microsoft Power B.I.

  • Continuous support thanks to Sales Module Clinics

  • Work as a tandem with the commercial excellence manager

Analysis

  • Supporting scorecard building of commercial team

  • Supporting the Pricing campaign

  • Building ad hoc local reports & Dashboard to support business needs


Are you a MATCH?


Hard Skills

  • Microsoft Power BI and Excel is a must

  • Python Coding skills/Google Sheets are preferable

  • SAP is a plus

  • Languages : English (French or Dutch is a plus)

Personality and profile

  • Advanced analytical skills (data driven) to understand the story behind figures

  • Critical thinking to challenge the figures

  • Good communication and teaching skills to train and lead a heterogeneous and non-data native community

  • Team player

  • Independant
