About the Role
Accountable for the generation and closing of sales opportunities within Belgium for the Professional Business, including:
1) Achievement of New Business targets and Distribution Partner management
- You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of your sales strategy to increase sales of Dyson products (Airblade, Purifiers, Hair Dryers) into key customers.
- Working with our Distribution Partners to create business plans that help drive incremental sales out
2) New business and lead generation
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure commercial success across the Belgian Region
- Self-generate new business meetings with target customers through multiple routes – telephone, cold calling, networking & digital mediums
- Utilize relationships with your network and third parties to generate new business
3) Build the Architects and Specification Channel
- Start to build relationships with the largest local architects to begin building the Specification Pipeline
- Utilise Software to identify large new build construction projects and plan how we enter/win these projects
4) Provide insights to shape the Commercial Plans and discover new opportunities
- Provide in market insights on changes that should be adopted into the Commercial plans identifying trends and using data
- Identify new channels or opportunities and create business cases for how/why we should pivot our business
About You
- Business Development experience (4-5 years)
- Excellent lead generation skills and knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Experience presenting and selling to Architects or Interior Designers
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships
- An effective, concise communicator, with strong negotiation skills
- Good commercial experience including strong analytical ability
- Assertive and able to overcome objections
- Confident presentation skills
- Target driven mindset
