We are looking for our new BoOSTER to join the ProductLife Group Sales Team.

  • Develop & implement Business Development Plan to achieve sales target
  • Collaborate with our Operations to develop high value proposition for our market
  • Increase visibility of PLG in coordination with our Marketing department
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and bid defence meetings, in collaboration with service delivery subject matter experts
  • Manage sales pipeline and customer relationship within PLG CRM system

Experience

  • Past experiences in business development/Sales/Account management experience for service company in Life Sciences
  • Technical experience in one of our business domains (Regulatory affairs/Pharmacovigilance in pharma &/or Medical Devices) is a plus

  • Business development skills : Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Business Opportunity Qualification, Public Speaking, Market research, Closing, Business Development Plan, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge
  • Creativity & Proactivity - Strategic perspective and innovative mindset, with ability to challenge always with team player attitude and being solution oriented.
  • High degree of self-organization, tenacity
  • Ability to negotiate with clients, especially with procurement and R&D Healthcare leaders
  • Communication skills in international environment
  • Goals-focused
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch/Flemish language is a strong plus
