Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - Europe at TECH EUROPE (A TRC Company). As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the European market. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching potential clients and leads, analizing the market size and define local strategic initiatives, and driving revenue growth. You will also collaborate with our engineering and sales teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the rubber and belt repairing, conveyor belt manufacturing or installation
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Fluency in English and one or more European languages
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
