• Experience in handling large datasets, it is not about excel with some lines, it is about large asset data sets, so let’ s dive in!
• Experience in functional & business analysis;
• Be able to translate a business need into a technical & data solution;
• Eye for visual representation possibilities of technical tooling as our end users are business users no data experts;
• First consultancy experience, communication is key, a specially in our complex environment;
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Architecture & Solution Design, your responsibilities will be divers;
• Knowledge of tooling used in construction industry like Relatics, BIM tools, project & planning, QA/QC tooling is very helpful;
• Provide Design support for development of business Intelligence solutions;
• Conduct Analysis of functional business processes and functional requirements in the development of business cases in the support process changes and/or IT Projects;
• Work with internal and external customers to develop and analyse business intelligence needs;
• Provide input to Business requirements for the design of solutions;
• Interpret Business requirements and determine optimum BI solutions to meet needs;
• Participate in workstream planning including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions;
• Train Users to transform data into action orientated information and to use the information correctly;
• Provide clear documentation for Functional and Business requirements and solution designs and processes.
• Data Engineering skills;
• First Experience on large construction projects as part of contractor, asset owner, engineering company or service provider
• Solid understanding of Information Management within the AECO industry ( or large affinity with the sector or affiliate industries) is a big plus;
• Team player with strong customer focus;
• Knowledge of Power BI, QlikTech, Tableau and other BI tools
• Nice To Haves
• Knowledge of Linked Data & Ontologies
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, R is a plus
• Experience with Object Type Libraries (OTL / RDL)
• Consultancy experience or large scale asset or construction projects
• Knowledge of BIM & Asset Information Management and Systems engineering ( Model Based modelling)
