Within the Primary Glass Business Unit, you will support the innovation process by actively contributing to the digital transformation of the division. You will define, design, improve and monitor both existing and new sales business processes. You will focus on the processes improvement and standardization but also on problem solving and guidance. You will contribute to the sharing of best practice and know-how. You will be active in the digitalization & A.I. projects connected to the pre-sales, sales & O2C flows/processes. You will :
identify and collect the business requirements from the business users, define flows and explain them to the IT colleagues so they can translate them to IT specifications
plan the projects phases and write blueprints
discuss, challenge and validate the solutions proposed by IT
test the solutions
monitor the implementations
write documentations and users guides
train the users on how to use the deployed solutions
follow-up main recurrent issues and promote actions to mitigate and to continuously improve the flows
propose changes, innovation, projects and developments

You have an Engineering or University Master Degree preferably in Business
A first and relevant experience in IT sales/business environment, including SAP, CRM and reporting tools will make a difference
You have a willingness to learn and operate in an international environment
You have excellent analytic and problem solving skills with a good understanding of process flows
A good command of Lean & Agile methodologies is a strong value
You like to challenge the status quo
You have good Project Management skills and continuous improvement mindset
You have excellent communication skills, and are naturally customer oriented
You are proactive, dynamic and ready to travel for short periods in Europe
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French, Dutch or Russian is a strong plus
