Role Description :
We are looking for an Operation Officer/ Call Center / Customer Service :
- Handle incoming calls, questions and emails.
- Ensure day-to-day contact with our end customers.
- 1st point of contact for our customers.
- Provide correct answers to our customers’ questions.
- Ensure the correct dispatching to the various departments.
- Inform the customer about the status of his request and the solution of his incident.
- Ensure that internal procedures and tasks to be performed are carried out as defined in the work instructions.
- Report recurring problems.
- Provide support to colleagues to have a good impact on customer.
Required experience and knowledge :
- A first experience in the domain is a plus
- Interest in finance and banking (products)
- You have a good knowledge of Office 365. Degree & Experience :
- FR / NL required, EN is an asset.
