As a Chapter Lead within the Global BI team you manage your team members in providing high quality output, guiding their professional development and enforcing existing and new methodological frameworks in order to reach optimal results within their squad.

Your responsibilities are among others:

  • Putting your leadership skills to use in order to support and facilitate the growth of the employees within your chapter;
  • Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to assure the optimal use of the competencies, skills and knowledge of the chapter-members;
  • Defining and implementing the set of procedures, working practices, guidelines and frameworks that are required in the engineering practice;
  • Collaborating with other Chapter Leads, managing integration and dependencies between practices;
  • Initiating and driving actions in the field of improvement of processes and report quality within new and existing frameworks;
  • Continuously following the developments within your field and strengthening your managerial skills.

Profile

  • You hold a Masters Degree in IT, Business economics of equivalent by experience;
  • You can rely on a minimum of five years of experience within a similar role;
  • Specific knowledge of BI tools ( SQL/BigQuery) is an absolute must;
  • You are a team player with strong people management skills and are able to deal with employees sociably and guide them in an appropriate way;
  • You communicate effectively in Dutch and English;
  • Your positive attitude and good communications skills make for a reliable and discrete relationship with your colleagues.
