About the CMO position at Visma Yuki
We are looking for a strategy and execution focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a great leader, a visionair and a coach. As our CMO, you will lead our ambitions to become a B2B superbrand through non-traditional, bold endeavors that stand out from traditional thinking.
We want to scale our strategic marketing efforts and this position will play a pivotal role in telling our story and showcasing our company through exceptional brand presence. Our target audience; both accountants and SME, must be on your radar. You will strive to ensure that the activities of the marketing departments in Belgium, The Netherlands and Spain directly contribute to the company’s long-term success. As a member of our Executive team reporting directly to the MD’s, you are responsible for the company’s core marketing strategy and share the responsibility to drive growth.

Your Key responsibilities*
- *
Strategy* – Lead the development of initiatives that drive forward our corporate identity through bold, inventive creative campaigns and brand marketing that challenge convention.
- Partner – Develop relationships and work cross-departmentally with departments inside and outside of Marketing to effectively organize and execute on corporate brand initiatives. Seek brand partnership opportunities and external relationships within the global technology community that will enhance our brand efforts.
- Grow -Define and build a scalable brand and creative services marketing function that expands our market presence through internal and external initiatives. Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products & features.
- Lead - Develop and inspire your team as well as cross-functional employees throughout the Yuki Company, local and remote, across multiple countries and cultures. Become an expert in the Yuki brand, positioning, and messaging to drive cohesion and one voice in the market and lead creative experiences that represent it.
- Market– Have a constant pulse on the market to understand the landscape, bring ideas forth to drive impact, and be a spokesperson in the community.

Required Skills*
Experience in global brand and corporate marketing, with a strong preference for experience with high growth companies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading B2B marketing teams and building relevant strategic brand initiatives from the ground up.
- Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
- Experience in - fast growing - technology companies.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to experiment and build, while also having the ability to support on an operational level to ensure long-term successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Understands the value of inheriting and coaching a team - while scaling an organization in parallel.
- Experience in managing a geographically dispersed team, covering Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain. Understands the cultural differences between regions and acts accordingly, and at all times ensures the team members feel included and belonged.
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
- Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic, but also creative and hands-on in nature. Low ego and high intellectual curiosity.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
