Robert Half is currently looking for a Trilingual NL/FR/EN Client Advisor assistantfor one client active in the private banking.

Our client is situated in East of Brussels.

As Client Advisor assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assisting the Client Advisors and the Desk Head with administrative/organizational arrangements and client processes for optimal support service delivery
  • Process all client-related orders independently (execute stock exchange orders, payments, opening/closing of accounts)
  • Pro-active engaging in all account related processes, controls, bookings, transfers,…
  • Dealing with Financial Intermediaries queries and troubleshooting through specialized transactional process knowledge
  • Dealing with client requests in direct and frequent contact with Financial Intermediaries by phone and email; Client Advisors are expected to service a number of existing Financial Intermediaries fairly independently
  • Assist in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance and document related matters in close collaboration with the specialists of Compliance, Risk, Credits and Back Office
  • Take an active role in the sales effort vis-à-vis the clients on a non-strategic level
  • Deputize Client Advisors and other Assistants during their absences
  • Take an active role in organizing events and client meetings

The requested qualifications for this Client Advisor assistantposition include:

  • You have an experience in Banking required, preferably in Private banking);
  • you have an excellent level written and spoken in Dutch and French, and a very good level of English
  • You are team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills, flexible and used to work under pressure
  • You have a strong client and service orientation, ready to go the extra mile, aiming for building long lasting client relationships
  • You are autonomous and dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You show flexibility and ability to cope with pressure
  • You have a positive personality with excellent communication skills
