In this role you will play an integral role accountable for the leadership of the Interactive Response Technology activities for a Portfolio of studies of high complexity & value within the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON’s values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
  • .As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
  • Travel (approximately 25%) domestic and/or international.
  • Serve as the ITG internal and external escalation point of contact for one or more key clients to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
  • Overall responsibility for client relationship and service delivery
  • Responsible for escalation of risk to senior management.
  • Keep senior management informed of the status of Client Portfolio of projects – to include issues in relation to budget, personnel, quality, and timelines.
  • Understand client needs and priorities and ensure timely resolution to client requests.
  • Gather client performance metrics and reporting
  • Participate in bid defense meetings and proposal preparation and reviews
  • Resource assignment and prioritization.
  • Continually monitor/review project results to identify and implement best practices.
  • Support team members to ensure success of projects while maintaining customer service focus.
  • Maintain, and lead high performance project teams, serving as the project advocate within the client organization
