Client Service Manager (BE) M/W/X

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Client Service Manager (BE), (m/w/x)to join our growing team!

Our ambitious and energetic team is comprised of over 150 people, across 13 offices, including London, New York, LA, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Dubai, Mexico City, and our headquarters in Amsterdam. What You’ll Be Doing (daily/monthly tasks)

• Support the Sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Manage inquiries from advertisers and media agencies
• Campaign related project management
• Provide white glove client support
• Coordinate creative requests with our Design team.

Experience

• Education background in Advertising, Marketing and/or Communication is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Supply Experience a plus

Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of online marketing/display advertising and terminology
• Commercially driven
• Service-minded
• Fast learner with a can-do mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication and persuasive skills
• Well-organized and efficient ¿ a detailed and methodical approach to every project
• Multitasking
• Excel savvy
• Fluent in English and French; Italian a plus.
