About the Role

Our client is managing a global Azure cloud platform that is set to expand significantly over the next three years. Multiple business areas and divisions build their own applications on this platform. As part of the global Solution & Architecture team, you’ll contribute to developing and maintaining a central platform to streamline this process. You’ll also work on integrating various tools (such as ITSM and IPAM), making automation essential to ensure these tools remain up-to-date and serve as valuable information sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the Cloud Center of Excellence within the global Solution & Architecture team.
• Design and implement automations that enhance process speed, predictability, and enable automated remediations without human involvement.
• Develop templates to accelerate the deployment of new cloud applications, solutions, and projects.
• Leverage automation to gain deeper insights into the cloud platform’s operations.
• As we seek T-shaped profiles, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to other areas within the cloud platform, based on your expertise and interests.

Experience

• Proven experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Skilled in automating processes across different cloud platform areas and integrating with external platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the DevOps approach.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C#), and eager to expand your skills in others.
• Experience with GIT, REST/JSON APIs, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming (or the willingness to learn new languages).
• Familiarity with REST/JSON and GIT.
• In-depth knowledge of the Azure platform and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (a plus).
