For our Customer Care Center division, we are looking for aCustomer Care Agentwho works for the region of Bene, based in Ukkel, Belgium.

Your meaningful purpose

You are responsible for the correct processing of orders for our customers from the Secure Power segment. These customers carry out large projects and count on our knowledge and guidance to ensure the right installations at the right time according to predetermined technical specifications. You are the assigned person for the order of all possible components up to their delivery.

Qualifications

Your Education And Experience
  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a client’s business.
  • Trilingual FR/DUTCH/ENG.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate.

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • You think details are important and you are good with numbers.
  • A real team player but also capable of operating independently.
