Job Description

As Comp&Ben and Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • You are responsible for the compensation & benefits strategy within your scope and manage a team of 10 HR professionals

  • You assist the business in immigration processes and international mobility matters and collaborate with offshore HR Business services teams

  • You work with Tax specialists, relocation companies and immigration expert and aim at delivering employees the required support they need

  • You regularly liaise with HR Managers and Talent Acquisition teams within your scope and report to the HR Director in Belgium

  • You deal with operational aspects of the employee life cycle ranging from on/off-boarding, preparation of promotion, performance bonuses, compliance related questions and make sure your team delivers high quality standards

  • You supervise internal and external salary and rewards benchmarking ton ensure competitiveness, manage compensation review processes and follow the latest trends on the market

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

  • You have a proven experience working in international mobility, rewards and/or comp&ben roles (international experience)

  • You have a prior management experience and enjoy coaching and motivating a team

  • You have a very good knowledge the of the Belgian social legislation (PC 200)

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English

  • You can work autonomously with few guidance and you are service oriented
