Taakomschrijving:

You help reduce risks by fulfilling the due diligence screening obligations (costumers, third-parties,...).

You support the set up and the reviews of tender documents/contracts and compliance policies and procedures.

You ensure that the clauses in the tender documents concerning compliance and the general compliance policies and procedures are and remain aligned with regulatory requirements.

You support your colleagues in the training of our staff on specific policies and procedures and new regulatory developments.

You identify and assess impact on new/upcoming regulations.

You provide ad-hoc relevant Compliance advice based on your research.

Profielomschrijving:

• You have a Master degree in Law. A first experience is a plus, but we are also open for young graduates.
• You’re able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate at different levels in the company in a comprehensible way.
• You are diplomatic and act consistently.
• You have a pro-active attitude and take initiatives to get things done within deadlines.
• You are open-minded, unprejudiced, assertive and self-confident.
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and value team work.
