Job Description

  • Continuously enhancing operational excellence and smooth forecast operations, you will strive to enable the key accounts to maximize the sales transactions, achieve targets and enhance Client Experience.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership between stakeholders in the sales operation flow.
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers and commercial insights through the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and processing tools.
  • Being able to map the current process chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have solid experience in optimizing internal business streams
  • Have proficient and broad understanding of logistic processes.
  • Able to work independently whilst also enjoying collaborating with your colleagues.
  • The ideal candidate currently holds an Operations Manager or Business Analyst position.
  • Like to work in a dynamic, complex, international, and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Present findings in a clear and understandable way.
  • Organizational & analytical skills.
  • IT-savvy.
  • Language: NL & EN
