???? Job Description

  • Media at Veepee is a Business Unit, organised as an advertising network, which offers brands advertising solutions in a world of product solutions. It’s also a young team of sales people, marketers, project managers, designers and developers who come up with native branding, traffic generation and acquisition solutions, etc...
  • The Media Operations Manager will coordinate the in-house teams and be responsible for the execution of the media operation, its quality and the reliability of its content. He/she is also responsible for deadlines, brand image and that of Vente-Privee. He/she will be responsible for optimising the results of the operation
???? TASKS

  • Manage the production of POs and coordinate all internal and external contacts
  • Optimise the margin and conversion rate through merchandising and creative production
  • Analysing the operation and making proposals for optimisation and improvement
  • Maintaining and developing partnerships with brands on the production, technical and marketing aspects of the offer
???? MUST HAVE skills

  • With a degree (BA/MA), you have significant and successful experience in a position combining coordination and rigour
  • Experience as a project manager in a media agency or advertising sales house would be a plus
  • You will be able to make proposals, be a good listener and have good communication skills
  • You are organised, responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with important deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, good writing skills and an awareness of brand image/brand content will be your assets for success
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Finally, you are bilingual in French and Dutch
