We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join the Delta team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our marketing goals. Your duties will include creating, managing and posting content on our social media channels and engaging with other content to raise brand awareness. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

You’ll be working remotely or in our office in Ghent, Belgium. We’re located right in the city center in a gorgeous historic building, which is pretty cool. Psst... no worries if you can’t speak Dutch, we’re used to communicating in English.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop social media content, style and layout
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on our social media channels
  • Boosting our content with performance marketing tactics
  • Create content calendars & schedules
  • Optimize content boosting according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyze traffic and users engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase traffic
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Collaborate with other departments (Product, performance marketing, influencer marketing, PR,...) to allign content on their initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Content manager
  • Familiarity with social media & content boosting
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Fluency in English
