Function

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting the various business units in continuously improving their processes and products. You will work with the various teams to identify, analyse and solve problems, using various improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen. You will also work on implementing new processes and practices to improve the company’s efficiency and productivity. Your work contributes to the growth of the company and to achieving sustainable solutions.

Your profile

  • Analytical thinking skills: A key skill of a Continuous Improvement Manager is the ability to analyse and understand complex processes. They should be able to collect and analyse data to identify inefficiencies and problems in the processes.
  • Problem-solving ability: Continuous Improvement Managers must be able to come up with creative solutions to problems that arise in business processes. They must be able to devise solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the quality of the final product.
  • Communication skills: Continuous Improvement Managers must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. They must be able to explain complex information in an understandable way and be able to convince others of the need to make changes to business processes.
