*** Site Contract Specialist - Office Based - Phase I-IV - Career Progression ***

My client is a renowned global mid-sized CRO known for their rich culture, innovation and endless opportunities for career progression. They are seeking an experienced, motivated and collaborative Site Contract Specialist with solid contract negotiations to support their upcoming projects.

In this position, you will have the perfect opportunity to work with some of the worlds leading bio-pharmaceutical sponsors, actively working on blockbuster clinical trials.

Initially, the position will be office-based with the proposal of a hybrid model within a few months.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Contract Specialist with this established CRO, there will be autonomy to conduct negotiations, agreements and proposals:

  • Drafting, negotiation and execution of agreements and other legal documents.
  • Providing alternative solutions through strategic negotiations if necessary.
  • Negotiating with client approved contract and budget templates.
  • Keeping up to date with local regulations that could impact clinical trials contracts.
  • Strong communication and dynamic attitude
  • Collaborating with Contract Lead or Contract Manager as necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Life Science or Law Degree
  • Previous Pharma or CRO employment
  • Approx. 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous contract negotiation is desired but not required
  • Strong Dutch, French & English written and spoken communication skills

Location:

· Leuven, Belgium – Office based with hybrid model proposed within six months.
