New opportunity at BAXTER Lessines, leader pharmaceutical industry leader: Freight Compliance Project Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES :

Support Compliance related projects in Global Transportation:

1.Coordination of temperature monitoring studies:

• Trains local teams on the use of the temperature monitoring devices and database
• Follows-up to ensure tests are executed by local teams
• Reviews and organize temperature monitoring data
• Extrapolates data from monitored lanes to lanes that have not been monitored
• Writes conclusions on the lane temperature profiles based on data gathered

2.Writing of Qualification Reports for International Shipments:

• Review lane temperature profiles and requirements of products shipped on the lanes
• Document the conclusions based on data in Qualification Reports

3.Cleaning of set-ups in ERP system:

• Ensure set-ups in ERP system that determines the kind of transportation equipment to be used (i.e. temperatue control or not) is aligned with the lane temperature profiles and product requirements

4.Data analysis and organization:

• Review and organize the data generated through the temperature monitoring studies and the product requirements to allow for reporting on progress and remaining gaps

5. Driving thermal packaging changes:

• Work with shipping and receiving facilities, freight forwarders and thermal packaging vendors to change to more efficient packaging on key lanes
• Work with shipping and receiving facilities, freight forwarders and thermal packaging vendors to organize reverse logistics and re-use of thermal packaging

• University , Master Level, Engineer (scientific orientation is a plus)
• Is organized, has analytical mind and comfortable with data analysis and numbers
• Strong communication skills: interact efficiently with all levels of local and international organization
• Dynamic and motivated
• Fluent in French and English
• Customer focus
