Key Responsibilities

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback.
  • Decision Making: Assist in making hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract candidates.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with managers and HR to align on role requirements.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build a talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external recruitment agencies.
