Country Commercial Controller Benelux

What you will do

The Benelux Controller reports directly to the Regional Controller. This role provides financial leadership to the Benelux Country Manager, drives integrity in financial and business decisions. Contributes to develop and execute business strategies, which meet customer expectations and increase shareholder value.

This role Contributes to assuring the quality of the financial reporting, both internal and external, and enforces compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.

The role will be based in our sales office Pegasuslaan 5-1831 Machelen Vlaams Brabant - Vlaanderen - Belgium but other options could be considered.

• Act as a business partner to the Country Manager in Benelux and actively participate in country management meetings

• Responsible for providing reliable and timely financial reporting in accordance with Corporate financial procedures.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of country specific strategies

• Perform business analysis and enhance KPI reporting in collaboration with the local Sales team

• Enforce corporate business policies and support efficient asset and risk management

• Lead the planning and forecasting process

• Conduct regular business reviews, set benchmarking, offer audits, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews on customer and product level.

• Prepare business and financial reports in accordance with Corporate reporting requirements and initiate and prepare relevant reports within the country.

• Exhibit and promote high level of ethics on conducting and supporting business transaction

What we look for

• University degree in finance and/or accounting

• 5 yearsprofessional experience in Finance, preferably in an international company

• Experience in working in a multinational, matrix driven organization

• Drive accountability and results
