We are looking for a Credit Controller who will support different entities of AGC Building & Industrial Division Europe with the management of the account receivables portfolio within the general framework of rules and systems. Your primary scope is the BeNe market, but you will also deal with customers from other markets including Latin America, Middle East, North Africa, Asia. The positions reports directly to the Credit Manager.
Credit Risk Assessment : You will evaluate new credit requests and conduct client credit checks and analysis. You will set up the payment terms and review credit limits and payments terms in collaboration with the sales department.
Account Management : You will be in charge of the credit collection and supervise unsolved claims and payment differences. You will assist the clearing department in case of partial payment. You will be in charge of order release. You will manage the follow up of doubtful accounts of your portfolio.
You will contribute to monthly KPI reporting & comments on specific cases to refer in internal and external audits
You will closely interact with business and sales managers and you will have regular contacts with credit insurance company and customers.
We will offer intensive training by Senior Credit Managers. We also have a unique ERP SAP system across our sites with standardized credit management data allowing us to take uniform reports.

You have preferably a first experience (2 years) in Credit Control B2B international environment
Bachelor or Master Degree in economics/finance/accounting/business administration
Embracing new technology, digital mindset, willing to learn ERP systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders and customers
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload
Integrity, result driven and continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English, very good command Dutch, any other European language is a plus
