About:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee focused on creating training material for our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and help to re-build our CRM SharePoint. In this role, you will work closely with our I2I Team (responsible for processes and functionalities within our CRM environment and connected solutions) and our L&D (Learning & Development) Team to develop comprehensive and user-friendly training materials and our Intranet Page that will enable our employees to effectively utilize the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
UCB is facing a period with multiple new products launches as well as patent expirations which have a significant impact on the companys future revenues and profitability. Our CRM ORBIT is the solution for more than 2.200 employees (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Service Agents), who documents their interaction with Health Care Professionals to better support information about our disease areas and products.
Within this role you will liaise with various internal departments and external vendors optimally support our launch and change management programs, to educate our users about processes and functionalities available in ORBIT.
The incumbent must consistently demonstrate understanding and adherence to company policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.
1. Collaborate with the I2I Team and L&D team to understand the objectives and requirements for CRM system training material.
2. Research and familiarize yourself with the functionalities and features of the CRM system.
3. Create engaging and informative training content, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, and presentations, tailored to different user levels and roles within the organization.
4. Develop multimedia materials such as videos, interactive demos, and simulations to enhance training effectiveness.
5. Organize and structure training materials in a clear and logical manner for ease of understanding and reference.
6. Continuously update and improve training materials based on user feedback, system updates, and evolving business needs.
7. Assist in conducting training sessions for employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
8. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
