INTRODUCTION
In a world of digital possibilities, we are looking for a support operate junior who will improve the customer experience. As part of the Operational Support Team, you will manage different tasks in this position. You will be responsible to provide administrative support such as phoning or mailing to users. From daily planning to reporting, you will be a key player in your team since the admin support will improve tools and processes used. You will oversee to coordinate activity and to take appropriate action to ensure an optimal customer experience. We expect from the operating support to be familiar with new technologies since they are part of this project. A good mastering of Office 365 is also required.
