For our client located in Zaventem we are looking for a customer service agent m/f. Motivation is more important than experience!
As a part of the Incident Handling Team (IHT), you are the contact point between high-tech printing customers and partners across Europe, US&C, Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with different functions inside the company (Logistic, Credit, Product Specialists, Country Area Manager and Field engineers) the IHT dispatches customer and partner requests for support through the correct channels making possible for the technical teams to act on the requests in a timely manner. The team has a major impact on customer satisfaction and is responsible for handling customer requests for support, dispatching field resources and processing spare parts orders and returns for Partners in Europe and Asia.
You are responsible for handling and follow up on internal and external customer’s inquirie.
You follow up on open incidents and monitor customized queues.
You dispatch field resources based on a large set of variables and in accordance with the field needs.
You communicate to customers about visits and changes to the field engineers’ schedules.
You coordinate with the local area manager about field resources availability and escalate critical situations.
You process end users, partners and field engineers’ spare parts orders, assuring efficient Customer Service and follow up in a timely manner to provide airway bill numbers and invoices documents.
You create credit and debit notes related to spare parts orders.
You organize returns of spare parts and monitor and release blocked parts orders in the systems.
Lastly you keep a good communication line with partners and Local resources.
Profiel
Your Profile
- You speak German, Dutch AND English
- You have good computer skills - Microsoft package (Excel, Word,& PPT) along with ERP/Business systems experience is an advantage
- You are able to work in shifts and bank holidays (8am to 5pm and 10am to 7pm)
- You have a positive attitude and are proactive towards the workload
- You have a customer oriented mindset
