Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director with the following tasks :

  • Managing and encoding daily orders
  • Being the point of contact with customer
  • Supporting sales actions
  • Proposing commercial offers and telephone sales
  • Ensuring good communication between the various departments
  • Contacting teams in the field

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a high school diploma, secretarial or office management training
  • You are bilingual in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is an asset
  • You have a commercial spirit and you are organised, dynamic and a team player
  • You have the ability to manage priorities and plan ahead
  • You have knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft Office
