Role

Place of work:Radomyšl, Czech Republic

Your main tasks:

  • Complete management of customer service, acting as team captain.
  • Support and development of your team members in their daily work.
  • Serving as the bridge between our Czech team and headquarters in Belgium.
  • Identifying opportunities for optimization and automation of internal processes.
  • Occasionally supporting broader group initiatives – projects, marketing, etc.
Who
we
are
looking
for
  • Fluent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
  • Independence, ability to set priorities, and to lead others.
  • Team spirit and a natural ability to motivate those around you.
  • Residence in or around Strakonice, Písek, or nearby areas.
