Customer Service Officer

In this commercial back-office position, you are responsible for the commercial and administrative support to existing and potential customers in close collaboration with the account managers.

You have:

  • experience in a commercial administrative function
  • excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
  • good knowledge of current MS Office applications and SAP
  • understanding of logistical and commercial processes
  • ability to learn
  • a "can do" mentality

Your tasks:

  • administrative handling of incoming customer questions
  • drawing up and following up commercial price quotations
  • supporting the order entry team (EDI, eshop Order2ERP)
  • monitoring delivery times at suppliers
  • telephone prospecting for specific commercial actions
