What will you do?

You are responsible for the following activities:

  • Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles)
  • Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat)
  • Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions
  • Negotiating between buyers and sellers

Who are you?

  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese, in combination with one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Bulgarian, Russian
  • Any other European language is a plus
  • You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs such as Sales Force or you are a fast learner
  • You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate
  • You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit
  • You are goal oriented and you enjoy supporting your clients
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • You are living in the surroundings of Tienen and open to work at the office at least twice per week
