Your responsibilities:
Primary duties:
- Network within Toyota Motor Europe and their group companies to promote our company and to create good relationships up to the managers’ level
- Meet customers’ stakeholders in a regular base
- Ensure a stable and consistent methodology for managing customer relationships
- Lead and standardize the hiring process with the support of HR, streamline the approach and process to attract the best talent
- You have a track record of holding a team accountable to goals and aligned with company-wide strategic priorities while maintaining high levels of autonomy on your team
- Able to manage people with empathy and respect and have tough conversations in a professional way
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skill, with an aptitude for conveying clear thoughts and ideas
Secondary duties:
- Build a plan to hire and develop members on your team
- Facilitate personal growth and make growth paths transparent
- Optimize the onboarding experience for new team members
- Create clear documentation structures to maximize self-learning and efficiency
- Deep interest in people and mentoring with at least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing individuals
- You have strong organizational & follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and language is a plus.
- You are customer-oriented
- You have a collaborative, empathetic and participatory leadership style, involving others in your decision-making from early on
- You are a great communicator and listener. You enjoy making people around you grow.
- You have a professional level of English. French and/or Dutch is an asset.
