We are a young enthusiastic team, simplifying the world of transport management! The mission of Dashdoc is to transform the road transportation sector by offering a SaaS solution to transport professionals, allowing them to increase their profitability and reduce their carbon footprint.

Dashdoc was founded in 2018 and currently counts 75 employees. The head quarters is situated in Paris, other offices are based in Nantes and Antwerp.

And for too long carriers, shippers and truckers have been pushed to use complex, expensive, and poorly designed software that is not adapted to their needs.

???? Mission

As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for guiding our SMB customers in their start with Dashdoc and for supporting all Dutch speaking customers via the helpdesk. You will

  • Be responsible for onboarding small & medium customers in Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Accompany customers in their start with Dashdoc from kick-off to go-live (max. 3 months)
  • Build a relationship of trust with the customer
  • Set-up the customer accounts
  • Train the customer team
  • Minimize churn
  • Support all Dutch speaking customers
  • Provide support to our carriers and shippers in their use of Dashdoc (written and phone support)
  • Analyze customer feedback and support requests to identify bottlenecks and contribute to the improvement of the product and customer satisfaction
  • Accompany customers in the deployment of new features (connections to telematics systems, estimated arrival times, mileage, etc.).

Internally, you will work with all the teams at Dashdoc (sales, product, integration, marketing) to share your knowledge and support them in their activities

  • Support the sales team qualifying the customers profile and structure before signing, to ensure a successful deployment
  • Give feedback to the product team to improve the product offer
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes

You will work part-time in the office in Antwerp (The Beacon - Sint Pietersvliet 7, 2000 Antwerpen), part-time from home and visit customers from time to time. Every year, you will meet the whole company during a seminar in France!

Practically

  • Driver’s license B
  • Language skills: Dutch & English, both written and spoken (French is a plus)
