Within our Manufacturing Business Unit we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to reinforce our team. You will focus on providing support to our customers for the Belgium/Netherlands market, where you will combine your organizing and natural commercial skills.

Qualifications & Experience


Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of our 3D printing projects for industrial customers in the Belgium/Netherlands market.
  • You will follow-up quotations with the customer and be in charge of projects follow-up from the moment the quote becomes an order. You will do this in close collaboration with our different production departments.
  • You will follow the projects closely and keep in touch with the clients.
  • You work in the BeNe sales team that join forces to continuously improve our daily business.
  • This job offers a nice combination of sales aspects, administration skills, task management and client contacts within a production environment.

Requirements

  • You possess strong verbal communication, collaboration and most important critical listening skills. You are triggered by sales and sales processes.
  • You are a good communicator and you have interest in the technical side of additive manufacturing
  • You know how to organize your work in an efficient and effective manner
  • You speak/write fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a must.
  • You are a team player that finds satisfaction in collaboration with different departments to reach ultimate customer satisfaction
  • You could be quickly available to start in this exciting new role
