Oliver James is looking for a Daily Banker. Are you a dynamic team player with critical and analytical mind? Do you want to bring your career to new heights? Then this is your chance! The position of Daily banker is broad: assisting customers with online and mobile bank account setup and technical support, as well as collaborating with product development teams to enhance digital banking platforms based on data analysis and customer feedback. Administrative tasks, including customer communication and record-keeping, are also part of the role. Your responsibilities

  • Customer Registration: Assisting clients in setting up and activating their online and mobile bank accounts, guiding them through the registration process.
  • Technical Support: Providing assistance to customers encountering issues or difficulties with digital banking platforms, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering solutions.
  • Product Development: Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback on existing digital banking platforms and insights for the development of new features or enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing user data and customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in digital banking services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Responding to customer emails and phone calls, handling inquiries and requests, maintaining customer records and data, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Your Profile

  • You are a recent graduate or a junior with a keen interest in the banking sector.
  • You have a passion for fostering client relationships and driving sales success.
  • Showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • You’re a Dutch native.
