DATA MANAGER

Your role :

  • Develop and implement data management policies, procedures and strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, availability and security
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define data requirements and develop data governance standards
  • Manage the data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and quality assurance, in collaboration with the IT department
  • Oversee the data analytics function and promote the use of data analytics to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations
  • Manage and develop the data team : 5 people
  • Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Skills & qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with proven success in managing and leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of data management concepts, practices, and tools, including data modeling, integration, quality assurance, and analytics
  • Knowledge of Sales Force and Qlik Sense is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of languages (FR/NL/ENG)
