Education and technical background
- Background in corporate data visualisation solutions (BI reports, dashboards).
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to approach problems in a creative manner. Team player. Capacity to successfully manage multiple tasks

Specific expertise
- Hands-on experience in carrying out business and requirement analysis related to corporate data visualisation solutions.
- Hands-on experience as designer and developer of corporate data visualisation solutions (business intelligence reports, dashboards). Important remarks:
- Currently we use technologies: SAP BI for reports and Qlik Sense for dashboards
- The candidate does not have to be expert in these technologies but s/he must show hands-on experience in at least one analogue technology to develop and operate enterprise reports and dashboards.
- If selected, the candidate will have to learn: SAP BI and Qlik Sense.
- Hands-on experience in relational data bases, data modelling and data processing.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

- PM2@EC, Agile@EC.
Tasks
- Coordinate with business to understand business processes and help business with data driven solutions. Carry out business and requirement analysis related to corporate data visualisation solutions.
- Design and implement, support and troubleshot tasks for corporate data visualisation solutions.
- Understand data models of data sources (DG COMP applications).
- Collaborate with the team on sharing the workload and cross training multiple areas of work
- Proactively explore ways to enhance quality of deliverables and evolve them.
- Proactively explore new technologies.
- Participate to COMP data architecture definition. Collaborate with data teams.
Access to Sensitive Non-Confidential (SNC) data
Access to sensitive non-classified data is foreseen. Sensitive non-classified information is defined in the Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 of 13 March 2015 on Security in the Commission.
Other precisions
The candidates must be eligible for obtaining a security clearance to handle European Union Classified Information up to the level of "SECRET UE", according to Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444 of 13 March 2015 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information.
