Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

  • Create and coordinate of Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) systems and processes of the Operations Centre;
  • Lead the service line efforts to align and implement IKM best practices;
  • Develop Information Management systems, processes and tools
  • Organize and coordinate of on-site and distributed learning related to IKM
  • Supervision and coordination of service, project staff supporting OPSCEN IKM initiatives and services/projects.

Requirements:

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and managing SharePoint portals.
  • Knowledge of IKM industry standards adopted by the Agency.
  • Working-level knowledge of MS-Office, Project, Visio.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
